Mission
The STEM Educational Fund empowers young girls and boys of color between the ages of 8 and 18 that are experiencing unstable housing or other significant challenges.
We provide an ongoing intensive experience that gives them the guidance, exposure, opportunity, and resources they need to pursue internships, higher education and employment opportunities in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
The STEMEdFund is a concentrated remedy for a potentially intractable humanitarian need. It is also an effective answer to America’s current and growing shortage of STEM-educated workers.
